Approx. 2x2.25 m pitch with 8 foot grey Hessian covered backing boards located mid-row. One 2 m trestle table included.

Walled Corner (End of row) Pitch 550 euro
Approx. 2x2.25 m pitch with 8 foot grey Hessian covered backing boards located End of row. Two 2 m trestle table included.

Non Walled Row (Centre) Pitch 180 euro
Approx. 2x2.25 m mid-row pitch. One 2 m trestle table included. No backing boards provided.

Non Walled Corner (End of row) Pitch 450 euro
Approx. 2x2.25 m end of row pitch. Two 2 m trestle table included. No backing boards provided.

Additional Table - 18 euro
One 2 m trestle table to sit behind the front table to extend selling space.

3kW Power - 200 euro
One power outlet for a regular plug. (3kW grounded and fused). Strictly limited to one purchase. Could be shared with a neighbouring exhibitor if organisers require

Additional Exhibitor Pass - 35 euro
Additional exhibitor wristband - only available to people who have purchased more than one full priced table.

Small Press/Artist Alley Pitch - 100 euro
Space in the Small Press and Artist Alley is reserved exclusively for artists, illustrators, comic creators and independent comic or book publishers. Maximum 1 per artist. Backing tables and power not available in this area

Approx. 2x2 m small press/artist alley pitch. One 2 m trestle table included. No backing boards provided.


Prices are inclusive of the entire show and are not per day.

Chairs are provided but table cloths are not.

All tables must be paid for in advance of the show. No booking is 100% confirmed until FULL payment has been made.

Wristbands

The number of wristbands included is dependent upon the number of pitches you book. You will be given the same number of complimentary wristbands as the number of pitches you book*. (With the exception of single tables who will receive 2 wristbands as we do not expect you to man a table alone) You will then be given the option to purchase ONE additional wristband if you have two tables or more. This means that you will always have at least one person, per table to man your stall: 1 Table - 2 wristbands (No extras), 2 Tables - 2 wristbands (ONE extra at €35), 3 Tables - 3 wristbands (ONE extra at  €35), 4 Tables - 4 wristbands (ONE extra at €35), And so on....

*Artist alley/ Small Press get one pass included with the option to purchase a second.

SETUP

All set up can and must be done from 2pm on the Friday of the show. There will be NO set up on Saturday morning under ANY circumstances.

BREAKDOWN

This begins as soon as the show closes on the Sunday evening. Please be aware that there is only a limited time available for breakdown (exact times will be detailed in your information pack)

OTHER INFO

We do not provide a floor plan but any location requests will be taken into account and we will try our best to accommodate them.

You will be sent an information pack via email in the maximum 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all the details you need to know that are not available until that time. (Please make sure you provide a valid email at the time of booking to ensure the details reach you correctly.)
